ARTELLAGRAM 11-29-2012:
An Interview with Suzanne Armstrong

Suzanne Armstrong

Artella: What led you to become a Certified ARTbundance™ Coach?

Suzanne: Serendipity, I just eased into it, it was the next logical, bold and wild step for me to take. I love how Marney presents options and how she approaches challenges, so why not learn from someone so gifted. And I knew I wanted color and life in my practice, again just logical to go to the lady who offers color and life to those who want it. It made sense and the ARTbundance™ looked as though it would challenge me and move me in a new direction.

Artella: How has your ARTbundance™ training affected your work and/or life?

Suzanne: In my work I have greater clarity and focus on what I want to give to my clients, how I want to shift my practice. In my practice, I have been given many truly amazing tools to offer people that will assist them to find and own what they want with their health and wellbeing. For me personally this information and the process Marney set up has been a breath of life, I have started down the road to reclaim the parts of myself I left behind, bringing color and play back into my life and work.

Artella: In your mind, how are creativity and spirituality related?

Suzanne: If I associate Spirituality as the part of a person that is associated with mind, will, and feelings; and Creativity as originality of thought, expression, and imagination, then I can look at how they are related. For me they build on each other, supporting one another. You need both to find your own essential nature, they are both expressions of you.

Artella: How is prosperity related to creativity and spirituality?

Suzanne: I don't feel you could have prosperity without creativity and spirituality. It's like building blocks, you have spirituality, then you add creativity, because for me creativity lies in appreciation of what is created. So then in comes prosperity as the product of the other two, I don't see any other way you could have that successful thriving condition we call prosperity. Maybe just as simple as once you have Spirituality and Creativity, Prosperity simply follows.

Stepping Stones

Artella: What kinds of people do you most enjoy working with? Who is your ideal client?

Suzanne: I am looking for the people who choose to own their well-being. Those who want to have control of their health.
Those who are willing to explore and play with options, ideas, tools until they have achieved what or where they want to be.

Walk on the Wild Side

Artella: ARTbundance™ Coaching is based on nine ARTbundance™ Principles. Do you have a favorite Principle, or one that you really enjoy activating in other people? Which one, and why?

Suzanne: Sure, Intuition is my favorite because I have leaned heavily on it all my life. Gratitude and Choice plug heavily into my business, because you have to be grateful for what you have and where you are before you will move forward, that's your baseline; and you need to be aware that you have choices in order to own your power. With my clients I lean on all nine of the principles, whatever they need or want with what they might be changing or exploring.

Artella: What does your future hold? What projects are you working on now?

Suzanne: I certainly hope to continue growing and learning and sharing, since that is my passion. I am now working on a Wellness Calendar to help people understand and work through the importance of our Beliefs, Attitudes and Emotions and how they affect our health and well-being. I am also putting together 10 days of Longevity and 30 days of Herbs. I would like to address three of the challenges that I have heard over and over from my clients in e-booklet format. Those challenges being: owning good health is too time consuming, too costly, and too confusing.
And I am testing the waters with my blog for a book I would like to put together on Recipes for Well-Being. After these...who knows!
